Mr. Roy Lamar Edwards, age 77, entered into rest on Sunday, March 1, 2020. Funeral services will be held privately. All online condolences will be forwarded to the Edwards family.

Mr. Edwards was born May 9, 1942 in Atlanta, GA a son of the late Ivy and Mildred Plunkett. He was a proud Army veteran and retired restaurant manager. Roy loved going to yard sales and could always be found at Mt. Croghan flea market, buying and selling every chance he could.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by a son, Tony Lamar Edwards and a daughter, Pamela Jean Edwards.

Survivors include his loving partner of 50+ years, Shelby Jean Edwards of the home; sons, Eddie V. “Pete” (Lisa) Edwards of Mt. Croghan, Lenny D. Edwards of Virginia, stepson Thomas (Michelle) Kelly of Atlanta, Georgia; grandchildren, Casey and Cory; sisters, Diane, Brenda, and Linda, and Sandra; and  brothers, Alton and Allen.
