Mrs. Daisy Lee Hodge Jordan, age 69, entered into rest on Monday, May 27, 2019 at her home. Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Thursday, May 30, 2019 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Brent Taylor with burial to follow in the Bethesda United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Jordan was born August 1, 1949 in Chesterfield County, SC a daughter of the late Jason Junior and Lela Brock Hodge. She was a former employee of Weller Industries with 17 years of service and a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church. Mrs. Jordan enjoyed looking for deals at yard sales and flea markets, watching westerns and the Hallmark channel, and was known for her homemade biscuits when cooking for her family.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jordan was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Luther William Jordan; sons, Bobby Wayne Jordan and Luther Darrell Jordan; brother, Floyd Hodge; sisters, Rita Mills, Leona Hodge, Mary Campbell, and Geneva Hodge.

Survivors include her children, Richard Jordan, William (Crystal) Jordan, and Dean Jordan all of Patrick, SC; grandchildren, Johnathan (Taylor) Jordan, Blake (Rose) Jordan, Matthew (Skylar) Jordan, and Melissa (Harvey) Griggs; great grandchildren, Elijah, Jeremiah, Sophia, Jamey, and A.J.; brothers, Jerry Hodge, Junior Hodge, and Billy Wayne Hodge all of Ruby, SC; and sisters, Cathy Jordan and Bonnie Wallace both of Ruby, SC.

The family would like to say a very special thank you to the staff of McLeod Hospice and especially nurses, Brandi Owens and Connie Chewning for the love and care shown to Mrs. Jordan and her family.
