HISTORY: Mr. Hancock was born August 8, 1960 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Brooks Franklin and Willie Faye King Hancock He was a 1978 graduate of Chesterfield High School and a former textile employee. Randy was a former member of the Chesterfield Rescue Squad. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid gardener.
