William "Grant" Parker

Chesterfield, SC – Mr. William Grant Parker, age 21, entered into rest on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home, with Brent Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Westfield Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will welcome friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, prior to the service at the funeral home, as well as at their home on Windmill Road, Chesterfield, SC.

Grant was born on March 25, 2004, in Cheraw, SC, to Robert Andrew Pigge and Amanda Rae Parker. A graduate of Chesterfield High School, class of 2022, Grant was passionate about fitness, often spending time in the gym to work out and share his knowledge with others. He was also a gifted artist who enjoyed drawing, and he enjoyed activities such as boxing with his brother, playing video games, and constructing computers. Known for his intelligence, Grant also had a love for cooking and experimenting with new recipes.

Described by those who knew him as a young man with an infectious smile, Grant had a remarkable ability to light up any room and keep his friends laughing.

Grant was preceded in death by his grandparents, J.W. and Mary Leona Morris; uncles Justin Kyle Parker, Clyde Morris, James William Morris, Jr., William Edward Ingram; and aunt Kathy Jo Brown.

He is survived by his mother, Amanda (Dennis) Coates of Chesterfield, SC; father, Andy (Erin) Pigge of Florence, SC; stepmother, Cherri Lowery (Gerald Rhynes) of Cheraw, SC; maternal grandmother, Teresa Huntley of Chesterfield, SC; paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Libby Pigge of Cheraw, SC; brothers Hunter Rhynes, Liam Pigge, and Lucas Pigge; along with uncles and aunts Eddie (Dana) Parker, IV, Susan (Rick) Seiler, Mendy (Jerry) Thompson, Hanna Huntley, and Brendan Huntley; numerous cousins; and a host of friends, including his best friends Ryan White, Xander Morton, Kayden Huntley, and last but not least his faithful chihuahua, "Colby."
