HISTORY: Mr. Gandy was born March 24, 1936 in Darlington County, SC a son of the late Edward Samuel and Martha Heyward Gandy. He was a retired textile employee. Kenny was first married to the late Mildred Byrd Gandy and was also preceded in death by a brother Charles "Sonny Boy" Gandy.
