HISTORY: Mr. Winburn was born March 16, 1958 in Wadesboro, NC a son of Emma Jean Austin Winburn and the late John Edward Winburn. He was a graduate of Cheraw High School Class of 1977 and an employee of INA USA. Mr. Winburn was a former member of Patrick Rescue Squad, a member of the Patrick Cemetery Committee, and a member of Patrick Presbyterian Church. Bill was an avid football fan and fisherman.
