HISTORY: Mr. Steen was born in Mt. Croghan, SC, a son of the late Gib and Rene Jordan Steen. He was a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church. Wilbert was preceded in death by three brothers, Jim, Claude, and Sib Steen and by a sister Maybelle Steen.
