HISTORY: Mr. Skipper was born June 17, 1931 in Mullins, SC, and was a son of the late Arthur and Cardella McDaniels Skipper. He was a retired farmer and a former member of the SC National Guard. Skip was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed golfing, gardening, and mowing grass.
