VISITATION: The family will receive family and friends following the service
HISTORY: Mr. Blackmon was born August 5, 1939 in Darlington, SC a son of the late Francis Hartwell and Grace Lee Rawls Blackmon. He was a graduate of Darlington High School. Mr. Blackmon was a retired truck driver with INA Bearing Company and a U.S. Navy Veteran. Wayne enjoyed fishing and country music.

Wife: Ruth Kissiah Blackmon of the home
2 Sons: Mitchell and Michael Blackmon of Florida
2 Daughters: Mindy and Angie of Florida
1 Stepson: Wesley (Windy) Crowley of Lugoff, SC
1 Brother: William A. "Bill" (Brenda) Blackmon of Pagosa Springs, CO
