FUNERAL SERVICE: 4:00 PM, Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel

INTERMENT: to follow in the Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery

VISITATION: 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at the Funeral Home

HISTORY: Mr. Teal was born September 27, 1945 in Hartsville, SC, a son of the late Frank and Mary Turner Teal. He was a retired employee of Highland Industries and was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church. Walter also was an auto mechanic and enjoyed working on cars, and was a NASCAR fan. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and spending time with Blade. He also was a former CB and Ham Radio operator. In addition to his parents, Walter was also preceded in death by a daughter Robin Suzanne Teal.

Wife of 47 years: Jo Ann Teal of the home
2 Sons: Jackson Teal of Chesterfield, SC and Blade Teal of the home
2 Sisters: Frances Teal of Las Vegas, NV and Elizabeth (Jimmy) Hutson of Hartsville, SC
Special Brother: Charlie Hageman of Cheraw, SC
