HISTORY: Mrs. Lisenby was born April 25, 1920 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late Coy Wilson and Lora Ethel Smith Rivers. She was a retired Garment Textile Supervisor, having worked with Sacony and Caraco. Vivian was a lifelong member of Hopewell Baptist Church where she was a member of the Choir, Baptist Women, and Sunday School Class # A - 8, and was also a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and working in her flowers. In addition to her parents, Vivian was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph W. Lisenby, 2 brothers, Gerald and Thomas Rivers, and by 4 sisters, Clara Lisenby, Kola Roscoe, Ruth Gulledge, and Sarah Brooks.

1 Son: Wayne A. (Johnsie) Lisenby of Blythewood, SC
2 Granddaughters: Carmen L. (Mark) Spencer of Chesterfield, SC and Paula R. Lisenby of Blythewood, SC
1 Great Grandson: Mark Edward Spencer of Chesterfield, SC
1 Brother: Dallas (Lib) Rivers of Chesterfield, SC
