BURIAL: to follow in the Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery, Ruby, SC

VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Monday, June 22, 2009 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.


HISTORY: Mr. Gulledge was born October 11, 1938, in Ruby, SC, a son of the late Fred Hampton and Laura Cleo Jordan Gulledge. He was a graduate of Ruby High School and attended Wingate College. Vinson was a retired employee of Pillowtex and a former member of the S.C. National Guard. He was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Vinson was also preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Allison Gulledge, a son, Allison Vinson Gulledge, Jr. and by a sister Louise G. Lee.

2 Grandchildren: Rob and Robin Corzine of Kannapolis, NC
2 Brothers: Samuel F. (Evelyn) Gulledge of Lake Norman, NC and Van S. (Delores) Gulledge of Columbia, SC
