Travis G. Brown, Sr.

Chesterfield, SC

     Mr. Travis G. Brown, Sr., age 66, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the McLeod Hospice House in Florence. The family will host a private celebration at a later date.

     Mr. Brown was born December 9, 1959 in Riverside, CA the son of the late Travis Gladden and Marie Taylor Brown. Travis was a family man with a strong work ethic. He proudly worked in underground construction for more than 40 years. He loved his family and there is nothing he enjoyed more than spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He was a good husband, father, and grandfather.

     Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Patty Brown of the home; children, Betty Marie Johnson of Riverside, CA, Travis Brown, Sr. of Chesterfield, SC, Trisha Brown of Chesterfield, Trevor Brown of Chesterfield, Brandi Gerhardt of Hartsville, SC; numerous grandchildren; and sister, Julie (Dennis) Moffett.
