Timothy "Timmy" Floyd Melton

          Mr. Timothy “Timmy” Floyd Melton, age 40, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Saturday, March 18, 2023 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Reverend Troy Watkins with burial to follow in the Oakland Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 2:00 – 3:00 PM Saturday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

          Mr. Melton was born December 23, 1982 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Reverend Larry Dean Melton, Sr. and Karen Turnage Melton. He was an auto mechanic and avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing.

          In addition to his parents, Mr. Melton was also preceded in death by his brother, Larry Dean Melton, Jr.

          Survivors include his sister, Dana M. (Derrick) Tarlton of Cheraw, SC; nieces, Ashley Tarlton, Brittany Burgess, Graecee Anna Melton; nephews, Hustin Melton, and Baelee Melton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
