HISTORY: Mr. Joplin was born August 23, 1955, in Chesterfield, SC, a son of the late J.L. and Roxie Mills Joplin. He was a retired diesel mechanic with Carolina Feed Mill. Thomas enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking out, and being outdoors.
