Mr. Thaddeus Martin “Marty” Thomas, III, 59, of York, SC, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2022.

A memorial service will be 11:00 am Saturday, January 7, 2023 at M. L. Ford & Sons, 209 N. Main St., Clover, SC.  The family will receive friends 1 hour before the service.

Marty was born February 9, 1963 in Gastonia, NC.  Known as “Thad” in Rock Hill and as “Marty” in Clover, he touched many lives with his fun stories and that unmistakable laughter. Marty loved his family, Clemson and being a patriotic American!

Survivors are his wife Michelle Belcher Mann Thomas; daughters Kristen Thomas Aiken (Tim) of Charlotte, NC and Tasha Marie Belcher (Robert) of Vermont; son Dylan Caleb Thomas (Delia) of York, SC; brothers Michael Thomas (Amy) of Clover, SC and Nathan Gardner (Cindy) of Chesterfield, SC; step-mother Gail H. Thomas; nephews Caleb Thomas, Channing Thomas, and Nate Gardner; and too many wonderful cousins to count.
