Mrs. Terri Lynn Horne Hancock, age 63, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 11, 2022 at her home. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Oakland Baptist Church by the Reverend Julian Cato and Reverend Dr. Philip Hunter with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Wednesday prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Hancock was born March 4, 1959 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late John and Elendor Gray Rivers Horne. She was a retired employee of Weller in Cheraw with 25+ years of service and a faithful member of Oakland Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday school teacher, choir director, and led the children’s sermon. Terri enjoyed working in her yard and cleaning house.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Frankie Hancock of the home; son, Jonathan (Kayla) Hancock of Chesterfield, SC; grandchildren, Savannah Grace Hancock, Matthew Stephen Eason, Trent Riley Eason, and Joni Nicole Eason; brothers, Jimmy Horne of Ruby, SC, and Donnie Horne of Ruby, SC; sister, Janet (Gene) Bittle of Chesterfield, SC; niece, Ashley (Kyle) Threatt of Jefferson, SC; great-niece, Kyleigh Gray Threatt; great-nephew, Kayden Wesley Threatt; sister-in-law, Lesa (Richie) Polson of Patrick, SC; brother-in-law, Freddie Hancock of Chesterfield, SC
