Teresa Kimrey English

Cheraw, SC 

 Mrs. Teresa Kimrey English, age 68, entered into rest on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at her home. A Celebration of Life service will be 4:00 PM Sunday, February 9, 2025 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Brent Taylor. The family will greet friends from 3:00 – 4:00 PM Sunday, prior to the service at the funeral home and other times at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Brackie and Tarin English.

Born on February 28, 1956, in Wadesboro, NC, Mrs. English was the daughter of the late Brack and Margaret Burns Kimrey. A graduate of Cheraw High School Class of 1974, she dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker, mother, "Nana", and wife. Mrs. English enjoyed cross-stitching, solving word search puzzles, and painting. She cherished her time spent traveling to the beach, riding motorcycles, and savoring her favorite sweet tea.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, William G. “Robin” English; her son Brackie (Tarin) English of Cheraw, SC; and her grandchildren, Austin (McKenzie) English and Rosie English, both of Cheraw, SC. Additionally, she leaves behind her brothers, Mike (Sharon) Kimrey and Trey Kimrey, both of Cheraw, SC; sisters-in-law, Ginger (Gaylon) Floyd of Bennettsville, SC, and Brenda (Thom) Bryant of Wallace, SC; brothers-in-law, Jay (Kathy) English and L.C. (Anita) English, both of Wallace, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews, including her special nephew Drew (Ashley) Kimrey and great nephew, Wade Kimrey. She also held a special place in her heart for her cousins, Shawn and Stephanie, and her sons of the heart, Gene Freeman, Danny Chanla, and William Robinson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to MRC Funeral Home, 318 E. Main Street, Chesterfield, SC 29709, to support the family.
