Mrs. Tammy Q. Carter, age 58, entered into rest on Monday, February 19, 2018. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Rev. Pat Tucker with burial to follow in the St. Joseph’s Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Mrs. Carter was born November 7, 1959 in Marshall, AK a daughter of the late Bobby Ray and Lenora Holliman Quick. She was a former RN supervisor with Chesterfield and Marlboro Counties Dialysis and enjoyed attending church at Holy Inheritance. A lady who loved being outdoors, Tammy enjoyed gardening, cooking, and riding her motorcycle.

In addition to her parents, Tammy was also preceded in death by her husband, Jim W. Carter; and brother-in-law, Garrett Morris.

Survivors include her daughter, Misty (Leslie) Riggan of Murrell’s Inlet, SC; grandchildren, Jeffrey and Kaleb Riggan; 2 sisters, Debbie Morris, and Amanda (Adam) Robbins both of Cheraw, SC; numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
