HISTORY: Mrs. Andrews was born August 11, 1943 in Hartsville, SC a daughter of the late Henry Stewart Armstrong and Lillie Tarlton Roscoe. She was a homemaker and a member of Cross Branch Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Shirl was preceded in death by her two sons, Tommy Lee and Jeffrey Wayne Andrews; two brothers, Henry James Armstrong and Ralph Roscoe; and by two sisters, Gurlinee Jenkins and Burnice Hinson.
