Scott Roscoe

Mr. Scott Roscoe, age 62, entered into rest on Monday, January 11, 2021 at his home. A Celebration of Life Service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, January 14, 2021 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Brent Taylor. The family will greet friends following the service at the funeral home and other times at the home of Susan & David Odom, 784 Hwy. 145 S, Chesterfield, SC.

Due to the continued COVID-19 risks, we ask that you practice social distancing at all times. The family would like for all attending the service to please wear a face covering.

Mr. Roscoe was born February 24, 1958 in Cheraw, SC a son of the late Reece and Bernice Russell Roscoe. He studied Tool and Die Technology at Chesterfield – Marlboro TEC and was a former employee of INA. Scott was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. He enjoyed boating, riding motorcycles, racing, and grilling out.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Roscoe was also preceded in death by a brother, William Kenneth Roscoe; and sister-in-law, Margaret Ann Roscoe.

Survivors include his life partner, Marie Garza of the home; sons, Russell Scott Roscoe of Cheraw, SC, and Roddy Jasper (April) Roscoe of Charleston, SC; grandchildren, Lilly Monroe Roscoe, Presley Ann Roscoe, and Waylon Roddy Roscoe; brother, Steven Reece Roscoe of Cheraw, SC; nephew, Jay (Amy) Roscoe; niece, Jennifer “Jenny” Roscoe both of Cheraw, SC; and 2 great nieces, and 1 great nephew.
