HISTORY: Miss Deese was born April 25, 1933, in Mt. Croghan, SC, a daughter of the late Ruth Mae Deese. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church. In addition to her mother, Sarah was preceded in death by her sister, Elsie D. Evans.
