FUNERAL SERVICE: 4:00 P.M. Thursday, April 5, 2007 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel, Chesterfield, SC

INTERMENT: Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery, Mt. Croghan, SC

VISITATION: 3:00 - 4:00 P.M. Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home

HISTORY: Mrs. Gibson was born in Ruby, SC a daughter of the late Julius Platt and Bessie Lewis Griggs. She was a retired seamstress. Mrs. Gibson was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and attended Liberty Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by 2 Brothers, Everett and Floyd Griggs.

Husband: James Walter "Son" Gibson of the home

1 Daughter: Debbie (Charlie) Gushue of Hogansville, GA

5 Grandchildren: Benjamin and Shera Gibson, Donia Staarmann, Amanda and Charlie Gushue 2 Great Grandchildren: Eli Gibson and Peyton Hagler
1 Brother: J.D. Griggs of Columbia, SC

2 Sisters: Willie G. Pittman of Ruby, SC and Bertie G. Cagle of Columbia, SC
