VISITATION: will be 3:00 - 5:00 PM, Sunday, February 13, 2011 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home

HISTORY: Mrs. Gardner was born December 28, 1918 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late William Jesse and Lillie Mae McLaurin Davidson. She was a graduate of Chesterfield High School and a retired sales clerk with Belk Department Store. Mrs. Gardner was a life long member of Shiloh United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Ladies Bible Class, UMW, and former Sunday School teacher. Sara enjoyed cooking for her family and friends and was a true people person. In addition to her parents, Sara was also preceded in death by her husband Harold B. Gardner; a daughter, Louise Harvey; and by four brothers and three sisters.

1 Son: Bubba (Peggy) Gardner of Chesterfield, Sc
2 Daughters: Shuggie Rhyne of Chesterfield, SC and Edna Harvey of Greenville, SC
Also 13 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren, and 4 Great, Great, Grandchildren
