Ronald "Ronnie" Preston Sellers

Mr. Ronald "Ronnie" Preston Sellers, age 79, entered into rest on Sunday morning, August 17, 2025 at Cheraw Healthcare. The family will be celebrating the life of Mr. Sellers at a later date.

Mr. Sellers was born June 6, 1946 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Otis and Helen Leaird Sellers. Ronnie had a lifelong passion for automobiles. As a retired truck driver, devoted car enthusiast, and avid racing fan—especially of NASCAR—he found great joy in anything on wheels. Known for his warm and friendly nature, Ronnie was a true friend to many.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Sellers was also preceded in death by his children, Nicole Sellers McGee, and William Casey Sellers.

Survivors include his grandson, Charles Preston McGee of Hamlet, NC; siblings, Nancy Hubbard of Ruby, SC, Charles Franklin Sellers of Ruby, SC, Daniel Sellers of Chesterfield, SC, Marty Sellers (Debbie) of Ruby, SC; nephews, Daniel Ryan (Tina) Sellers of Cheraw, SC, Mark (Tonya) Johns of FL; niece, Ariana Sellers of Memphis, TN; great-niece, Kendall Christina (Justin) Joy of Hartsville, SC; and great great-nephew, Jackson Joy.
