HISTORY: Mr. Allen was born March 28, 1979 in Lancaster, SC a son of Roger Dale Allen, Sr. and Debbie Ann Moore. He was a 1997 graduate of Central High School and an employee of Flakeboard Industries. Roger Dale was a Christian Young Man and of the Baptist Faith. He was an avid Carolina Panthers fan, and always enjoyed fishing.
