HISTORY: Mr. Wilkes was born November 26, 1961 in Hartsville, SC a son of Robert Jay "Bobby" Wilkes, Sr. and Margaret Wallace Odom. He retired from the restaurant business and attended Wilkes Chapel United Methodist Church.
