HISTORY: Mr. Roscoe was born in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late John Gurley and Geneva Rivers Roscoe. He was a retired employee of Stanley Tools and a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. Robert Hugh was preceded in death by a half brother Ralph Roscoe.
