FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Lower Macedonia Baptist Church

INTERMENT: to follow in the Curry Family Cemetery with Military and Masonic Rites

VISITATION: will be 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Saturday, August 22, 2015, at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

HISTORY: Mr. Curry was born January 19, 1932 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Henry and Mollie White Curry. He was a retired barber and owner of Curry's Barber Shop, and was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War. Robert was a member of Lower Macedonia Baptist Church. He was also a member of Cheraw Masonic Lodge #15. Robert enjoyed fishing and gardening. In addition to his parents, Robert was also preceded in death by a daughter Ella Blanche Kinnons; seven brothers ,H. L., J.C., Charlie, Walter, Ed, Clarence, and Rudolph Curry; and by two sisters, Mollie Lynn McKain and Clarice Leslie.

2 Grandchildren: Brittney Jacobs and Ryan Smith
1 Great Grandchild: Carson Jacobs

2 Sisters: Sallie (Sonny) Berry of Sumter, SC and Bonnie (Jimmy) Thurman of Las Vegas, NV
