HISTORY Mr. Burr was born in Petersburg, FL a son of Donnie Fay and Frances Marie Wilmoth Burr. He was a graduate of Chesterfield High School and a foreman for Hanson Aggregates Inc. Robbie was a former member of the SC National Guard.
