HISTORY: Mr. Scott was born April 21, 1975 in Chesterfield, SC a son of Richard Wayne Scott and Susie Chavis Scott. He was a truck driver with Carolina Cargo. Wayne was preceded in death by his paternal Grandparents, Alex and Lois Scott and by his maternal Grandfather, Danny Lee Chavis.
