Mrs. Rachel Jackson Eubanks, age 89, widow of the late Winfred "Wimp" Eubanks, entered into rest on Thursday evening, August 27, 2026. Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Monday, August 31, 2026 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Pastor Stephen Braswell with burial to follow in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Monday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Eubanks was born July 26, 1937 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late Pet and Lonnie Pigg Jackson. She was a retired employee of Caro-knit with over 35 years of service and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Above all, she loved her family dearly and embraced her role as "Grandma" with joy and pride.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Eubanks was preceded in death by her husband, Winfred “Wimp” Eubanks; sister, Carolyn Ruth Donahue; and son, Michael W. “Hippie” Eubanks.

Survivors include her children, Randy (Christine) Eubanks, Jackie (Gabriella) Eubanks both of Jefferson, SC, and Stephen (Penny) Eubanks of Heath Springs, SC; grandchildren, Monica (Scott) Spittle, Chad (Patrice) Eubanks, Corey (Kristen) Eubanks, Carley Eubanks, Brandon (Lauren) Pierce, Wade Eubanks, Haley (Taylor) Soltow, April (Jared) McManus, and Elizabeth Quick; great grandchildren, Chase, Sophia, Anna, Noah, Luke, Lexi, Callie, Whitley, Ellie, Knox, Jaxson, Emma, Maddi, Tay, Josie, Kaleah, and Adriyanna; great – great grandchildren, Cason, Silas, and one soon to be arriving.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the Heart of Hospice Lancaster for their compassionate care.
