HISTORY: Mr. Lee was born October 13, 1951 in Buckhannon WV a son of the late Roland Claude and Ruby Ellen Bleigh Lee. He was a high school graduate and received an associate degree in business. Mr. Lee was a construction and steel mill worker. Phillip was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed cooking, hunting, and fishing and was an all around handyman.

1 Son: Thomas Phillip "Tommy" (Nicole) Lee of Hampton, VA
2 Grandsons: Corban and Kaden Lee
4 Sisters: Folezia "Sissy" (Steve) Marinkovic of Moon Township, PA, Judy (Ron) Garies of Hopewell, PA, Ruby (Bob) Riley of Mt. Croghan, SC, and Rolinda Ricketts of Ruby, SC
Nieces and Nephews: Melanie and John Cosnek, Steve and Elizabeth Marinkovic, Vanesa Riley, Raine and Alicia Riley, Scott Ricketts, and Kendra Ricketts
Great Nephew: Malaki Riley
Great Niece: Abigail Riley
