HISTORY: Ms. Parker was born March 24, 1959, in Chesterfield, SC, the daughter of Margie Parker Wallace and the late Willie Wallace. She was a graduate of Chesterfield High School and was a homemaker. Penny enjoyed talking on the phone, crossword puzzles, and watching T.V.
