HISTORY: Mrs. Berry was born December 29, 1987 in Hartsville, SC a daughter of Amy Lynn Johnson Shaw and Billy Ray Shaw. She was a homemaker. Nicole was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Celia Johnson and her paternal grandfather, Merley Shaw.
