DECEASED: Mrs. Nezzie Allen Jenkins, age 90, died Monday, September 28, 2009, at her home.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 1, 2009, at Thompson Creek Baptist Church, Chesterfield, S.C.

BURIAL: to follow in the Church Cemetery.

VISITATION: 1:00 - 2:00 P.M. Thursday prior to the service at the Church.

HISTORY: Mrs. Jenkins was born May 6, 1919, in Ruby, SC, a daughter of the late Archie and Eula Sellers Allen. She was a graduate of Ruby High School and a retired cosmetologist. Mrs. Jenkins was a member of Thompson Creek Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Nezzie was preceded in death by her husband, Charles C. Jenkins, her son, Jack L. Jenkins, and by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
