Nancie Allred Freeman

Mrs. Nancie Allred Freeman, age 69, entered into rest on Monday, June 16, 2025 at her home. A graveside memorial service will be held at the Chesterfield Cemetery on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM by Hank Griffin. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.

Mrs. Freeman was born on October 5, 1955 in Cheraw, SC to the late John and Tallie Allred. Mrs. Freeman was a lady of strong faith and she loved taking care of children, all of whom held a special place in her heart. She enjoyed playing online games, antique shopping and was especially known by her family and friends for her excellent cooking.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Freeman was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Charles Allen “Charlie” Freeman; brother, John Lorenzo Allred; brothers-in-law, Ken Miller and Steve Cobb; and nephew, John Miller.

Survivors include her daughters, Rachel Grace (Eddie) Freeman of Cheraw, SC, Cassandra T. (Bo) Freeman of California City, CA; step-son, Richard Allen (Jo Ann) Freeman of Lincoln, MO; grandchildren, Deanna Freeman, Nicholas Freeman, Elektra Brison; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Cheryl Miller, Victoria Cobb; nephews, Phillip Allred, Ken (Jill) Miller, Jr.; Robbie (Melissa) Hartwick, Quinton Miller; 2 special kindred sisters; many "adopted" children, that she cared for deeply.
