FUNERAL SERVICE: 4:00 PM, Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Chesterfield Baptist Church

INTERMENT: will follow in the Chesterfield Cemetery

VISITATION: will be 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home

HISTORY: Ms. Hancock was born March 22, 1942 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late Baxter Franklin and Alma Isgett Rivers. She was retired owner and operator of Millie's Stitch -It Custom Embroidery Shop. Mrs. Hancock was a faithful member of Chesterfield Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Adult Choir, and the Elizabeth M. Rivers Sunday School Class. In addition to her parents, Millie was preceded in death by 1 sister, Daisy R. Raines.

SURVIVORS:
2 Sons: Hardy Franklin (Terri) Hancock, and John Fredrick Hancock both of Chesterfield, SC
1 Daughter: Lesa H. (Richie) Polson of Patrick, SC
5 Grandchildren: Amanda Polson, Matthew Polson, Jonathan Hancock, Whitney Hancock, and Kayla Hancock
1 Brother: C.B. (Faye) Rivers of Chesterfield, SC
2 Sisters: Jackie R. Isgett and Clara R. Oliver both of Chesterfield, SC
Also her devoted Canine Companion: "Doodle Bug"
