HISTORY: Ms. Webster was born August 23, 1971 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late James Carroll and Janelle Sellers Wallace. She was a 1989 graduate of Chesterfield High School. Toot was a former Curtis Mini Mart employee and a stay-at-home mom. She was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. Toot was an avid animal lover.
