HISTORY: Mr. Cook was born March 7, 1970 in Columbia, SC a son of Barbara “Madge” Cook and the late Jimmy Lee Cook. He was a graduate of Camden High School, and an employee of Wal-Mart Distribution of Pageland. Mike was a devoted husband and loving father, and enjoyed spending time with his children.
