HISTORY: Mrs. Parnell was born August 31, 1925 in Bennettsville, SC a daughter of the late Manley Jackson and Lula Mae Hubbard Quick. She was a homemaker, and along with her husband, were former owner and operator of Parnell's Grocery. Maude was a charter member of First Southern Methodist Church. She enjoyed being a grandmother.
