Mark McClain

          Mr. Mark McClain, age 53, entered into rest on Monday, July 3, 2023. Graveside services will be 4:00 PM Friday, July 7, 2023 at White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery by Reverend James Johnson. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

          Mr. McClain was born September 16, 1969 in Monroe, NC a son of Shirley Mae Demby Barrs and the late Hazel McClain. He spent his entire working career as a logger working in pulpwood. Mark also worked with scrap metal and enjoyed fishing.

          In addition to his father, Mr. McClain was also preceded in death by his brother, Bobby McClain.

          Survivors include his sons, Mark H. McClain (Amanda Rossell), and Adam McClain, and their mother, Crystal (Ricky) Keziah all of Jefferson, SC; daughter, Summer McClain of Jefferson, SC; mother, Shirley Mae Barrs of Lancaster, SC; 4 grandchildren; brothers, Robert McClain (Penny) of Pageland, SC, and Jason Mills of Lancaster, SC.
