HISTORY: Mrs. Kelly was born August 4, 1926 in Titusville, PA, a daughter of the late Alfred Sidney and Gertrude Mae Ingraham Williams. She was a legal secretary with Deltronix Electronics Company of Cleveland, Ohio with 30 years of service. Mrs. Kelly was a member of The Blind Federation of Jefferson, SC. Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard S. Kelly.
