HISTORY: Ms. Watts was born May 23, 1945 in Mint Hill, NC a daughter of the late Carl Brevard and Faye Christine Johnston Kerr. She was a graduate of Piedmont High School Class of 1963, and was a retired supervisor with Square D. Margaret was a member of Providence Baptist Church.
