HISTORY: Mrs. Hatcher was born December 29, 1924 in Marlboro County, SC a daughter of the late Eldridge and Rachel Steen Cumber. She was a retired textile employee. Mrs. Hatcher was a member of Cheraw Church of God and attended Oak Grove United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by a brother Ed Cumber, and by three sisters, Lee English, Lib Watson, and Hazel Elkins.

1 Daughter: Pam (Kenneth) Ard of Cheraw, SC

2 Sisters: Naomi Outlaw of Rockingham, NC and Inez Smith of York, SC
