HISTORY: Mrs. Melton was born February 20, 1935 in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late Walter Jerome and Lula Jordan Hancock. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, and working in her flowers. Lucille was married to the late Manuel Melton, and was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Regina Brigman; and 1 great granddaughter, Katlin Brigman.

3 Sons: Carroll (Jenny) Melton, Ricky (Diane) Melton, and Danny Melton all of Ruby, SC

4 Daughters: Evelyn (Jeff) Vinning, Gladys (Tony) Black, Vivian (Junior) Brigman, Vicky (Frank) McIntyre all of Ruby, SC

2 Brothers: Maynard (Louise) Hancock of Ruby, SC and Connell (Ellen) Hancock of Cheraw, SC

Also 19 Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren, 9 Great Great Grandchildren
