INTERMENT: will follow in the Chesterfield Cemetery

VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Tuesday April 22, 2008 at the Funeral Home

HISTORY: Mrs. Penney was born in Chesterfield, SC a daughter of the late Lou and Minnie Williams Davis. She was a graduate of Kings College and a retired accountant with Chesterfield County Health Department. Mrs. Penney was former owner of The Dairy King and Penney's Toyland. She was a member of Chesterfield Presbyterian Church. Louise was married to the late James R. Penney.
