GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 2:00 P.M. Sunday, August 3, 2008 at Lawrence Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, in Clemson, S.C.

HISTORY: Miss Lawrence was born July 29, 1917, in Seneca, SC a daughter of the late Thomas Samuel Lawrence and Lula Morgan Lawrence. She was a graduate of Lander College and was a retired public school teacher. Miss Lawrence taught in Greenville County, Easley, and Seneca Jr. High School. She was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church, where she was a former Sunday school teacher and member of the official board. Miss Lawrence was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, James Mack Lawrence, and nephew, Mack Lawrence, Jr.
