History: Mrs. Frazier was born August 7, 1918 in Wallace, SC a daughter of the late Julius Clarence and Maggie Brigman Grant. She was a former employee of Sacony. Mrs. Frazier was a faithful member of the Cheraw Church of God. In addition to her parents, Louise was also preceded in death by her husband James Frazier; two sisters, Juanita Adams and Nellie Harper; and by two nieces, Helen Blackmon and Donnie Hildreth.

2 Nieces: Jackie A. McDougald of Cheraw, SC and Kathryn A. Kimrey of Charlotte, NC
1 Nephew: C. W. "Bo" Harper of Lumberton, NC
