VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Sunday at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home

HISTORY: Mr. Johns was born July 6, 1934 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Walter and Ellen Grooms Johns. He was a 1954 graduate of Chesterfield High School and was a retired supervisor with Chesterfield Webbing Company with 35 years of service. Louis was also co-owner of The Freeze King. He was a faithful member of the Chesterfield Rescue Squad for 42 years, where he served as Captain, Training Officer, and Equipment Officer. He was a true people person and a friend to all.

Wife of 52 years: Mary Glynn Davis Johns of the home
1 Daughter: Ann Johns Kerns and husband Gerald S. Kerns Jr. of Chesterfield, SC
2 Grandsons: Clayton Walter Kerns and Justin Tyler Kerns of Chesterfield, SC
1 Sister: Margaret Johns James of Chesterfield, SC
